Hey Teach! LLC offers the following Returns Policy:

We try to make your shopping experience with Hey Teach! as simple and painfree as possible. 
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us directly so that we can work with you 
to rectify any issues.

We generally ship via the United States Post Office and prefer to use either first class or priority 
mail. We do frequently offer third class shipping options with the warning that buyers use third 
class at their own risk. Unfortunately, we have had very bad experiences with third class mail (60 
day delivery times and multiple lost packages).

For international customers: Our standard rate of shipping is for First Class International Mail which 
has a delivery time of 4-7 days.  For packages that do not qualify for First Class Mail (generally over 
4lbs in weight), we will ship via Priority International Mail.  Though you would not think so based on the 
name of the service, Priority International Mail usually takes closer to 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.

We accept payment via credit card, Paypal and by money order or personal check. Please note if you 
pay by personal check there is a clearance period (usually 3-5 business days) after the check is received. 
Items will ship the day after payment clears.
